Magnit, recently rebranded from PRO Unlimited, is a global leader and pioneer in contingent workforce management.
Contingent workforces, which includes anyone who works for an organisation without being hired as its permanent employee, has been on the rise worldwide, with 83% of executives reporting they are increasingly use contingent workers. Essentially, Magnit offers a modern, tech-driven solution for managing contingent workers for any size or type of organisation.
It’s an incredibly exciting time for Magnit right now as we experience rapid growth following our rebrand. I have recently joined as president for EMEA to lead the company’s growth in the region and have since then added the leadership of our Global Client Delivery team.
These teams will continue to optimise our existing integrated contingent workforce management platform, enabling organisations to more efficiently attract and manage non-permanent staff while offering an exceptional employee experience.
What is the strength of Magnit’s offering and how does it set apart from its other competitors?
A key benefit of Magnit’s offering is that everything is in one place. The effect on a business’ finances and efficiency of having multiple disparate systems to manage large contingent workforces can be huge. Through Magnit’s integrated approach, companies can streamline processes, cut down on red tape and reduce costs.
In addition, Magnit allows organisations to access the world’s largest on-demand market rate and salary data set, with over 205 billion data points. So, in an instant, businesses can get a full picture of the talent landscape and ensure that they are getting the best people at the best rate.
At Magnit, we are not owned by a staffing company. This vendor-neutral approach allows us to provide better access to market with more competitive leverage, allowing clients to make more informed decisions.

How has the company evolved over the past couple of years?
The journey since the company was founded in 1991 has been an incredible one, and the last two years have been an acceleration of that, with a sharp focus on technology advancement to better serve a changing market and some great acquisitions that align with our goals. These include People Ticker, WillHire, Workforce Logiq, Brainnet, and here in the UK, Geometric Results Inc. The integration of these brilliant companies has allowed Magnit to expand our offering and further improve how we are able to help our clients.
Another recent development is of course that of our recent rebrand. This has been the culmination of a strong vision, significant creativity and lots of hard work and I’m proud of our new brand. The launch was successful and the feedback we’ve had from all corners of the world has been really positive.
What can we hope to see from Magnit in the future?
At Magnit, we’re committed to shaping the future of how organisations and talented people work together in a way that suits all parties involved. This includes getting our customers ready to face the next workplace challenge that could be around the corner.
Our new tagline, ‘The Evolution of Work’ encapsulates this perfectly, and personally I am looking forward to Magnit being able to empower workers and organisations all over the EMEA region.
