FOODIES can get their Christmas dinner served up on a portion of chips.
They come loaded with turkey, gammon, sausages, stuffing and gravy.
And there’s even a pot of cranberry sauce to go alongside the £8.90 dish.
New Mossley Chippy’s Christmas Chips were a huge hit with customers last year in Belfast.
Takeaway chiefs posted online: “After a lot of requests, our Christmas chips are back!
“We have also introduced a cranberry sauce side dip for those who like a wee bit of sweetness with their turkey.”
Meanwhile, a fish and chip shop in Moreton on Lugg, Herefordshire, has battered mince pies and pigs in blankets for sale.
Zac Zachariou, of The Fish House, said: “We are looking to bring a bit of cheer to people’s lives.
“Our battered mince pies are a taste you wouldn’t necessarily have thought about before.
“But once people have tried one, they will keep coming back for more.”
Customer Liam Lloyd said “It’s not a combination you think would work but it actually does.”
