Recently, there was some excitement off Atlantic Beach in North Carolina when a very large Something made an appearance in the water, drawing comparisons to the Loch Ness Monster. The Something of course remains unidentified, but given the proliferation of water cryptids around the world, it’s not overwhelmingly surprising that another has been spotted. Meanwhile in the place where it all began, the Loch Ness Centre Exhibition Undergoes Changes. Continuum Attractions, a corporation that “owns and manages a portfolio of award-winning visitor attractions delivering unique & memorable experiences” has taken over the Loch Ness Centre and Exhibition on a long term lease and and will be updating the exhibition. Here’s hoping the emphasis is on the Loch Ness mystery and the efforts to uncover the truth, and not merely on a quaint money-making folktale. (CM)
