Neighbours said she may have gone to cool off at the window of the attic flat or was sitting on a ledge smoking a cigarette when she fell.
“The top floor of the houses get very hot – I heard she was at the attic window cooling off and having a cigarette.
“It must have been in the early hours – she could have been alive on the ground under the window for some time.”
She went on: “It’s tragic for the young woman and her family. She didn’t live here and was just staying overnight.”

The landlord of the flat, 72-year-old John Criasia, said: “I got up at 5.30 on Monday morning and the police were in my garden – I could see the body, there was a blanket over her.
“She could have been drinking or having a cigarette. I don’t know how she fell but it was from the top floor.
“I had the window double-glazed last year. It’s all proper and safe up there.”
Earlier, Charlotte’s mum paid tribute to her “beautiful and caring” daughter after her “unexplained death”.
She said: “In memory of my beautiful, funny, caring, loving daughter – my precious baby girl Charlotte.

Bedfordshire Police Detective Constable Sam Ostley said: “This is a truly tragic case which has had a devastating impact on Kyron’s family and friends.
“It is an awful reminder of just how dangerous swimming in open water can be – through the shock of the cold, or currents or objects which may be under the surface.
“We would urge people to stick to designated swimming areas which are supervised by lifeguards.
“Our thoughts remain with Kyron’s family and we would ask for people to respect their privacy at this difficult time.”

Neighbours fans break down in tears as producer shares ‘beautiful’ scene cut from finale
DISTRAUGHT Neighbours fans were in tears reading a ‘beautiful’ scene that didn’t make the final episode.
The show came to an end after 37 years this week, with the finale first airing Down Under on Thursday.
A Neighbours writer revealed a beautiful scene that didn’t make the cut in the finale[/caption]
The script showed a tender moment between Melanie and Callum before the wedding[/caption]
The main premise of the finale was Toadie (Ryan Moloney) preparing to marry fiancee Melanie, and he received well wishes from lots of his pals via Zoom, allowing the show to squeeze in a number of cameos in one go.
One scene that didn’t make the cut, was Toadie’s oldest son Callum welcoming Melanie to the family.
Script producer, Shane Isheev, shared the tender moment on Twitter saying it his ‘favourite’ to write.
Callum gifts Melanie a glass pig ornament moments before the wedding which brings her to tears.
“Do you like it? Dad said you were into pigs,” Callum says in the unaired scene.
Melanie responds: “Callum, it’s perfect”.

Callum tells her: “It’s my way of welcoming you into the family,” and that after his mum died he “worried a lot about Dad and the kids”.
“Especially living so far away. But I realised the other day, all that worrying has stopped.
“It’s because you’re here. Thank you for making our family whole again,” Callum says.
Melanie wipes away her tears, saying: “I thought you said no more mushy stuff,” and they hug.

Sharing an image of the script Shane revealed: “This was my favourite moment to write…
“Unfortunately it was cut short for time, so we never got Callum’s beautiful speech. @CowdenLucinda was brilliant (as always) #NeighboursFinale#Neighbours.”
Fans loved the insight into the scene.
“What a lovely speech, beautifully written,” commented one person.
Another added: “What beautiful words and it would have been a very emotional scene and a ideal way to respect Sonia past but an ideal way to look the future for Toadie and Melanie.”
And a third wrote: “I’m crying just reading it!
The familiar faces who popped up included Margot Robbie as Donna, Kym Valentine as Libby Kennedy, Delta Goodrem as Nina and Jesse Spencer as Billy Kennedy.
Elsewhere, away from Ramsay Street, there was a scene that saw Natalie Imbruglia return as Beth alongside Holly Valance as Flick, with the two strangers chatting before realising they both lived on the Erinsborough cul-de-sac.
Back on Ramsay Street, Guy Pearce returned as Mike Young and viewers were delighted to see him rekindle his romance with Jane Harris (Annie Jones).
He also confirmed fan speculation that Sam (Henrietta Graham) is his daughter.
As if that wasn’t enough, a green mini also pulled into the street with Especially For You playing on the radio.
Out hopped Kylie Minogue and Jason Donovan, back together as Scott and Charlene, with Kylie sporting her characters classic denim.
In a nod to how she first appeared on the show, Charlene broke into Harold’s house because no one is home, before things moved back to the wedding reception on the street.
Susan was now happy to see all her neighbours around her, and was glad to learn they had all decided to stay living on the street after all.
The character then said in a voiceover as she walked among all the characters: “Everyone deserves a place in the history of Ramsay Street.”

Horror moment street seller beaten to death ‘after saying girlfriend of killer was beautiful to get a sale’
A MAN has been arrested after a Nigerian street seller was brutally killed in busy beach town in Italy.
The horror slaying was filmed by onlookers who appeared to do nothing to intervene as migrant Alika Ogorchukwu was beaten to death in broad daylight.
Shocking footage of the attack on Friday shows the married dad-of-two being pinned to the ground by another man.
Alika, 39, was selling goods in a street of the beach town Civitanova Marche when someone grabbed his crutch and struck him after exchanging words, cops say.
Video shows the attacker wrestling Alika onto his back on the pavement as he attempted to fight back.
Daniel Amanza, who runs the ACSIM association for immigrants in the area, claimed the attacker became furious when Alika told the man’s partner she was “beautiful”.

Alika reportedly said: “Bella, can you buy some handkerchiefs or give me one euro.”
Police investigator Matteo Luconi said: “The aggressor went after the victim, first hitting him with a crutch.
“He made him fall to the ground, then he finished, causing the death, striking repeatedly with his bare hands.”
Onlookers called emergency services after the attacker fled the scene – taking Alika’s phone with him.

An autopsy will determine if the death was provoked by blows, suffocation or another cause.
Luconi said the assailant lashed out after the vendor made insistent requests for pocket change.
Police arrested a 32-year-old Italian man, identified as Filippo Claudio Giuseppe Ferlazzo, after using cameras to track his movements.
He was being held on suspicion of murder and theft for allegedly taking the victims phone.
Police were questioning witnesses and viewing videos of the attack. They said the suspect has made no statement.
Amanza said: “The tragic fact is that there were many people nearby.
“They filmed, saying stop, but no one moved to separate them.”
The horror killing has been widely condemned in Italy.
Enrico Letta, a former premier and the head of the left-wing Democratic Party, said: “The murder of Alika Ogorchukwu is dismaying.
“Unheard of ferocity. Widespread indifference. There can be no justification.”
Civitanova Marche’s mayor, Fabrizio Ciarapica, met with members of the Nigerian community after hundreds demonstrated on Saturday.

He said: “My condemnation is not only for the (crime) but it is also for the indifference.
“This is something that has shocked citizens.”
