According to The Washington Post, all members of the ionic K-pop group will serve their mandatory military duties.
Big Hit Music shared a statement confirming the news and all of the members are currently “looking forward to reconvening as a group again around 2025 following their service commitment.”

Under South Korean law, healthy men are required to serve between 18-21 months of military service before they turn 30. The ages of BTS range from 25-30.
The news that the group would be going on hiatus comes after BTS released their anthology album, ‘Proof,’ earlier this year.
