Much of the monster spotting activity on Loch Ness happens via the webcams set up around the shores of its dark waters. As a result, one of the regular remote observers has obtained what may be the biggest monster news in a long while. Based on location and timing of wakes/humps on the water, it appears that there is a second beastie in the Loch, which is not all that surprising if there is a breading population in the Loch. And while this news may seem understated, this report of Two Scientists and an Amazing Encounter With a Sea Serpent in 1905 is quite the opposite. Taking place off the coast of Brazil, two eminent scientists were shocked to observe “a creature of most extraordinary form and proportions.â€ But like all reports of sea serpents, only some of what lay beneath the waters was revealed, thereby adding this tale to the large stack of inconclusive sightings that are the bane of every intentional and accidental monster hunter.
