The International Cryptozoology Museum, now in Portland, Maine, will be relocating its business and all related strangeness to neighboring Bangor where right now Loren Coleman runs an offshoot bookstore and gift shop. The new ICM will be housed in a very large, very cool building at 490 Broadway in Bangor, which is an example of Streamline Moderne architecture, a minimalist style of Art Deco design from the 1930s and ’40s that emphasized curved lines, sleekness and modernity. Meanwhile on the other side of the planet, a “new” nine year old study indicates It’s No Yeti, But Tibetan Brown Bear’s Presence In Nepal Is No Longer A Myth. However, the bears are critically endangered so it may be in their best interests if everyone just leaves them alone and lets them dig their pits in search of marmots. Closer to home we have The Results of the Latest New Jersey Bigfoot Expedition. There were no sightings to report, but there were possible footprints and hair samples found. The search continues.
