It’s almost time for another weekend of high-stakes action in the Trials of Osiris, Destiny 2’s apex PvP mode. With a mid-season patch overhauling almost every weapon archetype in the game, those granular changes are going to be making a big difference in Trials this weekend. While we don’t know yet which map Trials will be played on this weekend or which Adept weapon is up for grabs, you can check back in later to get all of those details.
In more Destiny 2 news, the Festival of the Lost Halloween event has begun. For more on that seasonal bit of fun, you can check out our Festival of the Lost guide, marvel at a delightful Ghostbusters emote, and see where Xur is.
Trials weapons now carry the Alacrity Origin Trait. It gives you increased aim assist, reload speed, stability, and range on your Trials guns when you’re the last living member of a fireteam or running solo. You can also choose to swap to the Crucible Origin trait, One Quiet Moment, which greatly enhances your gun’s reload speed when you reload while out of combat.
