Reflecting upon UFO encounters past and present, Billy Cox injects more credence into the speculation that at least some of what we’re seeing in our skies may be coming out of the water. After all, tales of encounters with aqueous backgrounds go back far in time and are complemented by Russian admirals and American researcher Marc Dantonio’s remarkable testimony of submarine “fastmovers.” This against the background of a Hal Puthoff Journal of Cosmology article Ultraterrestrial Models. The notion of another race sharing this globe with us surface-dwellers has for some time been posited, notably by the late Mac Tonnies in The Cryptoterrestrials: A Meditation on Indigenous Humanoids and the Aliens Among Us, published by Anomalist Books. And one wonders whether such a group of undersea beings—something we might associate with the movies and comics—could even present a fourth possibility to Professor Simon Holland’s ruminations about “CAP Points” in his Nimitz UAP – This Changes EVERYTHING!. Thanks to Rich Reynolds for the heads-up on this one. (WM)
