Rich Reynolds hands over the podium to Spanish journalist-ufologist Jose Antonio Caravaca to flesh out more of his Distortion Theory. He asks “why do people not hallucinate with other types of supernatural and fortean experiences?” Skinwalker Ranch “Dinobeavers” (which sound rather like ankylosaurs or glyptodonts) and any number of close-up cryptid reports, not to mention more spiritual apparitions, do seem to occur, and the matter of UFO trace cases still militates against accepting Jose’s fascinating theory completely. Rich ruminates about Tunguska: An Actual UFO Disaster. Here physical remains (and even purported artifacts!?) have Rich inclined to believe some extramundane craft crashed. Rich follows with A Few Things…., which list more of Rich’s thinking that might have “a fringe or nutty ambiance about it.” It’s probably too late for the postulated Tunguska crew, but Rich Has Questions for the next set of extraterrestrials to stop by. We Live to Die [But Do ETs Also Live To Die?] lists some queries, and Rich asks readers for more. (WM)
